Can I change pack after paying?+
Yes, you can upgrade at any time by paying the difference. Downgrade depends on services already consumed.
Is the pack price paid in one go?+
Yes, single payment via Stripe. You receive a professional invoice immediately.
What if my visa is refused?+
We refund 80% of the pack (the remaining 20% covers work already done by our qualified immigration agent). Very rare with a well-prepared file.
How far in advance should I pay?+
Ideally 2 to 3 months before your departure. For Discovery, 1 month minimum. For Professional, 2 months minimum (for certifications).
