Road to Australia provides relocation assistance services to European citizens moving to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa (WHV) or similar pathways. Depending on the chosen pack, services include:

• Guidance on visa application (via a registered MARA partner)

• Furnished housing in Sydney on arrival (Settle and Professional packs)

• Access to Farm Work resources and professional certifications (RSA, Barista, White Card)

• Introduction to partner employers and labour-hire agencies (Professional pack)

Prices are listed in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes. Current packs:

• Discovery: €149

• Settle: €349

• Professional: €499

Payment is taken in full at order time via Stripe secure checkout. Accepted methods include major international credit cards. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

EU consumers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period under Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, this right does not apply once a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, provided performance began with your explicit consent and waiver of the cooling-off right.

For services starting immediately (visa file launch, housing reservation), by completing your order you explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge waiving the cooling-off right once the service is fully delivered.

To exercise the withdrawal right before full delivery, email hello@roadtoaustralia.fr within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be pro-rated against services already delivered.

Obligation of means: Road to Australia commits reasonable efforts to assist your project. However, Road to Australia is not:

• A MARA migration agent — visa work is sub-contracted to a MARA-registered partner. Visa decisions remain at the sole discretion of the Australian Department of Home Affairs.

• A real-estate agency — housing is sourced via a partner network and depends on market availability.

• A labour-hire firm or employer — introductions facilitate meetings but hiring remains at the third party's discretion.

We therefore do not guarantee visa approval, specific housing, or employment outcome. If a visa is refused by Australian authorities, we refund amounts paid pro-rated against services not yet delivered.

Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect damages (loss of income, ancillary costs).

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy. By accepting these terms you confirm you have read it.

Site content (text, images, logos, code) is copyrighted. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited. The "Road to Australia" trademark is subject to a pending INPI filing.

Road to Australia reserves the right to update these terms. The version applying is the one in force at order time. Material changes will be notified by email.

These terms are governed by French law for consumers residing in France (Rome I Regulation Art. 6) and by Australian law (New South Wales) for matters relating to the provider company.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Consumers may use free consumer mediation. French courts are competent for disputes with consumers residing in France.
